And to ensure a top-notch finished product, our encapsulation lines are situated in a climate-controlled room where air quality and humidity are rigorously maintained. We have automated capsule filling machines used to fill hard gelatin or vegetable-based capsules at a rate of about 25,000 capsules/hour.
